How will I receive my patterns? TOP
Your patterns will be available by digital download after June 1, 2008. You will receive a place to download them after making payment. You will also receive an email to download them from. The link is only available for 24 hours.
What formats are included in the downloaded zip file? TOP
Your downloaded patterns will include the following formats: PES, PEC, PCS, XXX, JEF, VIP, SEW, HUS, and DST.
What if my format is not included in the downloadable file? TOP
Please email me to make sure your format is available. If it is available I will delivery your patterns by email within 24 hours of payment. ART is not available at this time. If you make purchases without asking if a format is available and your prefered format is NOT available your money will NOT be refunded.
What size hoop will these patterns fit in? TOP
All the embroidery machine desings are for a 4" x 4" hoop. If you need a larger size please email me sizing changes and prices.
Can I sell the finished embroidery machine design? TOP
You are more than welcome to sell any sewn out and finished design. You many not sell, trade, or give away the pattern itself.
Do you do special order digitizing? TOP
Yes, I can do special orders. Please email me for pricing of special orders.
What can I do with my patterns? TOP
The patterns that are available for purchase can not be sold, traded, given away, or added to larger embroidery sets for sale. Your purchase will come in a multiformat zip file. You MAY NOT sell, trade, give away, or in any other way distribute the unused patterns in any way. If this is done you will loose your buying status from me.
Are refunds available? TOP
Due to the nature of our products, we do not give refunds. Please make sure your format is available before purchasing!
